So, my question goes out to all of you fitness betches who have tried or who regularly do spinning/soul cycle/classes like these on bikes. Instead of my usual elliptical/pilates work outs, i've been trying the group classes offered at my gym: zumba, kickboxing, etc. The one offered tomorrow is spinning. I've heard some people rave about how good of a workout it is and how many calories its burns which is encouraging. But like..i'm a bit worried about getting thunder thighs or something! Right now i have some muscle but my legs are pretty lean and the last thing I want is to be counterproductive, since I have tons of bandage dresses and bikinis to wear! Please help fellow betches, because I sort of want to jump on the spinning band wagon but I don't want to risk losing my lean body.
