I'm curious, for those of you betches who jog regularly, how long do you run for at a time? I've been doing 30 minutes 3 times a week. Do you focus more on consistently running at the same speed or have you taken to interval exercises? I'm trying to see if making changes to my routine would make my run more efficient, however I'm worried about bulking up my calves or something like that cause my legs are at a pretty good place right now in terms of skinny-ness.
What do you girls do to in your running routines to keep your legs toned and slim?
